They can now do it in a more environmentally friendly manner with the Solar-Powered Fan Hat. This is basically a modified baseball cap that comes with a solar panel located on top, while the bill has a hole to cater for an attached fan. As long as you remain under the sun, there should be enough juice generated to keep the fan going.
